Thank you for choosing Kate's Collective. As a small business, we only offer exchanges or store credit—no refunds. Please review our policy below:

Returns: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unused item in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Store Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued store credit for the full value of the returned item(s), valid for future purchases at Kate's Collective.

Receipt Requirement: To create an exchange or receive store credit, you must have a valid receipt from Kate's Collective.

Exclusions: Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Graphic tees & sweaters
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased via Instagram Live deal or discounted items

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, contact information, and reason for return.
