Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy (Last Updated 7/18/24)
At Kate’s Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, we're here to assist you.
Exchange Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team at katescollectivenewyork@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization. Include the reason for the exchange, your order number, and contact information.
- If the desired item is in stock, we will initiate the exchange process. If out of stock, you will receive store credit for the full value of your returned item(s), valid for future purchases.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs and reshipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
In-Person Exchange: Alternatively, you can exchange your item at any of our local pop-up events on Long Island. Please bring a copy of your original order receipt.
Exclusions: The following items are non-exchangeable:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Holiday items
- Graphic tees & sweaters
- Gift cards
- Jewelry
Refunds: If an item is out of stock and you choose to exchange it, store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item(s).
